Llanmair is a spacious, well-kept bungalow and an excellent home from home, close to the West Wales coast. Ideal for families, the property is in a semi-rural setting near the village of Llangoedmor, with great road links to nearby attractions.
The cottage is situated off the Cardigan road, just over a mile from the town. Cardigan has a good range of shops, pubs, eating places, a leisure centre and a thriving theatre/cinema. Just beyond Cardigan is St Dogmaels, with its ruined abbey, Coach House Heritage Centre, and Y Felyn Water Mill, as well as a range of eateries.
Llanmair is in a lovely location, with plenty of beaches along the coast interspersed with pretty little fishing villages, and opportunities to explore the beautiful countryside and spot local wildlife. Poppit Sands on the Teify estuary and the sandy beaches of the Ceredigion Heritage Coast are easily accessible. Licenses for fishing on the River Teifi are available nearby in Cenarth. Further afield, Pembrokeshire to the south has much to offer the visitor from surfing beaches to family days out.
