In the Welsh Wind Distillery is a small distillery in Wales, situated overlooking Cardigan Bay that specialise in creating bespoke spirits tailored to you in copper pot stills Meredith and Afanc.
They offer a wide range of spirits from Gins, Vodka, Rum and are in the process of producing ‘Welsh Origin Whisky’ ; a single malt Welsh whisky distilled using Welsh-grown barley. They also sell Welsh Cask Vinegar which are all entirely processed in Wales and distilled at In the Welsh Wind.
Every spirit created is unique because of the truly small batch and individual approach.
On the last Friday of every month, Cocktail masterclasses are on offer as well as Gin making and tasting workshops during the course of the week.
