The beach at Tresaith is always a pleasure to spend time on, whether it be for relaxing, picnicking, swimming, building sandcastles, frolicking in the amazing rock pools and the much-talked-about waterfall. For the more adventurous, try paddle boarding, surfing, kayaking, or coasteering and you’ll be safe in the knowledge that the RNLI lifeguards who man the beach during the summer are never far away!
Dolphins can often be seen from the house and beach. Why not board one of the many dolphin-watching boat trips from New Quay or, if you tire of just one beach, hop over to some of the most beautiful beaches close by on the unspoilt Welsh coast. The Ceredigion coastal path is also right on your doorstep, making this property the perfect base for some fantastic walks.
Wake up to views and the sound of the sea every morning and end the day ‘cwtshing’ up by your cracking log fire or eating al fresco watching the sun go down all on your own doorstep.

OUTSIDE
Rear door provides access to a courtyard, a welcome retreat for adults and families alike. A side entrance from the courtyard leads you down to the beach where a hot water outdoor shower awaits you on your return. There is a further decking area at the front of Frondirion, with rattan patio furniture, perfect to enjoy Tresaith’s fantastic sunsets. Another outbuilding houses an outside toilet and wash-up with room to store your beach/holiday equipment. There is parking for 2 cars at the front of the property. There are additional parking spaces at the beach car park situated as you come into Tresaith from Aberporth approximately 550 metres from the property.
