The popular nearby beaches of Tresaith and Llangrannog are within easy reach, while the stunning National Trust beaches at Penbryn and Mwnt are just a short drive away—perfect for coastal adventures, swimming, or simply soaking in the views.
The nearby market towns of Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn offer a fantastic range of independent shops, cafés, galleries, and local produce, as well as a rich sense of local culture and history. There’s no shortage of things to see and do in the surrounding area, whether you’re looking to explore the wild beauty of the Preseli Hills, enjoy peaceful walks through the Teifi Marshes and Wildlife Centre at Cilgerran, or discover secret coves and dramatic cliffside trails along the coast.
For days out, there are a wealth of attractions within easy driving distance, including Cardigan’s cinema and theatre, horse riding, fishing, beautiful gardens, golf courses, and historic sites. The cottage itself is detached and set back from the road, providing a tranquil setting within the courtyard of the original farmhouse—a perfect blend of privacy and rural charm.
The apartment is designed to be low energy with natural timber and super insulation to keep warmth in and a high efficiency eco wood burner to make it extra toasty after a day exploring everything Cardigan Bay has to offer.

Bathroom: Travertine tiled bathroom/wet room with walk in shower, wash basin, WC and underfloor heating Open plan living area and kitchen with one entire wall of glass with French doors opening onto a glass walled balcony overlooking the garden with views of the Preseli Hills.
Sitting area: wood burner, large 2 seater sofa, 36” wall mounted Freeview TV, Blu-ray DVD player and iPod dock. Dining table for two
Kitchen area: cool natural Travertine limestone floor and walls, gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and everything you need in a well-equipped home
OUTSIDE
Private balcony. There is a shared enclosed garden. There is space to store your surf board, bicycles, etc. There is a shared washing machine. In the courtyard there is level access to the parking area for one car.
