3 Hilltop Way is a magnificent coastal property with breathtaking panoramic sea views across the spectacular Cardigan Bay coastline.

Perched in an elevated position above the charming seaside village of Aberporth, this property enjoys what many consider to be some of the finest views in Wales. On a clear day, the view stretches across Aberporth and Cardigan Bay, with the Llŷn Peninsula in the distance, and even as far as the peaks of Snowdonia.

Built in 1939 and once owned by the Ministry of Defence to house senior ranking officers, the property has a fascinating past, including a former owner who worked as a meteorologist delivering weather reports to Sir Winston Churchill during WWII.  

Today, the house has been thoughtfully styled with a traditional yet modern feel, offering a relaxing and elegant retreat. 

Aberporth is home to two sandy beaches, one of which welcomes dogs all year round, making it ideal for families and walkers alike. The scenic Ceredigion Coast Path passes through the village, offering spectacular coastal walks and frequent opportunities to spot dolphins, seals, and a variety of seabirds.

Guests will find everything needed for a memorable stay within easy reach, including a welcoming pub, cosy cafés, a fish and chip shop, a local convenience store, a pharmacy, and both an Indian and a Chinese.

Just along the coast is the picturesque village of Tresaith, one of Cardigan Bay’s hidden gems. Famous for its golden sandy beach and unique waterfall, Tresaith is a favourite destination for families, walkers and wildlife enthusiasts.

A short drive away lies the historic market town of Cardigan, home to a wonderful selection of independent shops, cafés, restaurants and galleries. Visitors can explore Cardigan Castle, stroll along the banks of the River Teifi or relax on the quay with an ice cream.

Combining spectacular coastal scenery, sandy beaches and the many attractions of Cardigan Bay, 3 Hilltop Way provides the perfect base for an unforgettable West Wales escape.
