The Granary is a converted, characterful, stone-built barn situated in Llanddeiniol, Ceredigion, part of Felin Carrog, a beautiful 19th-century former corn mill. This charming cottage is in a lovely rural setting surrounded by peaceful countryside.
Ideally located to explore the many attractions in Ceredigion, it’s just 7 miles from the university town of Aberystwyth, a Victorian seaside resort with a promenade and pier, and 8 miles from the beautiful harbour town of Aberaeron with its colourful Georgian houses.
Once a busy fishing port, Aberaeron is one of Ceredigion’s best-loved holiday resorts with 2 pebble beaches and a picturesque harbour. You can follow the coast south to the sandy beaches at New Quay and enjoy boat trips and dolphin watching.
The Ceredigion Coast Path is a joy for walkers, following the spectacular Cardigan Bay coastline with its stunning scenery between picture-perfect villages.
The nearest village of Llanrhystud offers a post office and shop, two dog friendly pubs / restaurants, church and petrol station with small supermarket.
