Sit back and admire the wonderful sea views from this stylish cottage on the sea front in Borth, Cardigan Bay. Sea Breaker’s first floor living room, with its panoramic bay window, is the perfect spot to relax, spot dolphins in the sea, or enjoy the magnificent sunsets. This stone-built cottage has a light-airy décor whilst retaining its old-fashioned cosy charm.
The charming seaside village of Borth is perfect for families and couples alike because of its beautiful 3-mile Blue Flag beach of golden sand, which stretches northwards to the magnificent sand dunes at Ynyslas. The beach is ideal for young families because of its particularly shallow gradient – bathing, surfing, kiting, or even crabbing in the rockpools by the cliff are all great ways to spend your time.
You can walk for miles along the coast and inland, enjoying the scenery and the wildlife, with an ice cream or portion of local fish and chips as a reward. The Welsh Coastal Path passes through the village, featuring a spectacular coastal walk to nearby Aberystwyth (you can get the train back!).
At certain times of the year, low tide reveals the stumps of an ancient forest that flourished over 1500 years ago.
There are plenty of amenities within easy walking distance in the friendly village of Borth, including several shops, eateries and pubs. The larger resort of Aberystwyth is a 10 minute drive down the coast, with its vibrant Arts Centre featuring a year-round programme of cinema, performing and visual arts. Borth railway station is a 5 minute walk from the cottage which has a regular direct service to Aberystwyth.
Golfers will love the challenge of Borth and Ynyslas Golf Club which is only 500m from the cottage.

Sea Breaker sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms (1 downstairs): 2 king size beds and 1 single bed.

Bedroom 2: single bed, bedside table. built-in wardrobe, mountain view
Living room: 3-seater sofa, armchair and 2 window chairs, coffee table, 36” Freeview TV/DVD, panoramic sea views
DOWNSTAIRS
Bedroom 3: king size bed (or can be made up as 2 twin beds)
En suite shower room: shower, WC, hand basin and electric towel rail.
Bathroom: bath with shower over, hand basin and electric towel rail. There is an adjacent cloakroom with a toilet.
Kitchen/dining area: electric oven with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven. The dining area has a circular dining table and 5 chairs
Utility room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board/iron
Reception room: Entrance to the property with stone feature fireplace, its perfect for children to play in and dogs to lie in. Furnished with a couple of wicker chairs and a chest

Large secure garden with a furnished patio and sun terrace at the rear of the cottage which is ideal for children and dogs to run around in. Integral garage and storage space for 1 car and surf boards etc.
