Orielton is a pretty period cottage with a wealth of charm, set in a row of terraced houses. Fully renovated, this welcoming stone cottage is both stylish and comfortable, with a peaceful atmosphere. There are period features throughout, with a modern kitchen addition. French windows from the dining room open onto a furnished patio, leading up to a lovely enclosed garden with superb views to the mountain and countryside immediately behind.
In the heart of the coastal village of Dinas Cross in Pembrokeshire, the cottage is within easy walking distance of the village stores with its local produce, and there is a small post office and petrol station, fish and chip shop, and pubs offering varied local menus. The little town of Newport is only 3 miles to the east where you can explore the charming sandy beaches and wonderful independent shops. The market town of Fishguard which is known to have a big music scene is 3 miles to the west. With the cathedral city of St Davids and the market town of Cardigan further afield.
Orielton is in a very convenient location, set within the Pembrokeshire National Park with over 600 miles of public footpaths and bridleways it is a perfect way to discover Pembrokeshire’s breath-taking coast. It also offers easy access to the local beaches of Pwllgwaelod, Cwm yr Egwlys and Aberforest.
