Come and visit Dyfed Shire Horse Farm, a tourist attraction at the foot of the Preseli Mountains in West Wales. Have a day of fun and nostalgia as you get to know these majestic ‘gentle giants’. There’s plenty to do for the whole family, whatever the weather. You can take a tractor ride around our working farm, enjoy a horse and cart ride, meet the other traditional farmyard animals such as our Welsh Pigs, Balwen Sheep, donkeys as well as our visitors from South America, the Llamas.
Younger children love the indoor soft play area and outdoor adventure area, as well as the Crazy Golf, Croquet, Sand Shed and Skittles. And everyone enjoys the Nature Trail with woodlands and hedgerows to explore and stunning views of the Preseli Mountains.
Summer activities include demonstrations of farriery, falconry and working horses.
