Special Offers

Laburnum is a stone cottage in the village of Llanbadarn Fawr, only a mile and a half from the centre of the seaside town of Aberystwyth.

The cottage has been completely modernised, and the spacious, open plan living area is excellent for families. The log burner makes this a cosy cottage all year round.

The garden and patio have beautiful views of St Padarn’s Church and are great to relax and unwind in after a day of exploring.

Laburnum is close to the magnificent Ceredigion Coast Path, where you can enjoy walks with spectacular views.

The nearby town of Aberystwyth offers something for everyone. Take a walk along the promenade, or enjoy a picnic on the beach, a dip in the clear blue sea and maybe an ice cream or two from the nearby kiosk. There are many wonderful independent restaurants, cafes and shops as well as well known names.

The National Library of Wales and Aberystwyth University Arts Centre are less than ten minutes’ walk from the cottage by designated footpath.

Other places to visit include Constitution Hill and the Cliff Railway, Rheidol Steam Railway and Devils Bridge Falls. There is also an 18-hole golf course that welcomes visitors. The area is ideal for families, couples, surfers, walkers, bird watchers, cyclists or those who simply want a relaxing holiday near the coast.
