The property sits in a large garden and paddock of 1.5 acres and has many lovely features and comforts, including a large modern kitchen-dining room, and spacious sitting room with cosy open log fire, both with wide patio doors looking towards the sea.

The village of Newport has a range of excellent restaurants, a pizza bar, cafés, curry house/takeaway, pubs, and shops, including a butcher, post office, chemist, fishmonger, deli, and Spar. The Golden Lion and The Castle Inn are family and dog-friendly and have a beer garden; alternatively, try The Canteen for a takeaway pizza.
