Brynmeurig Stable is set in a peaceful  location just 6 miles east of Aberystwyth, Ceredigion. It provides the perfect base for exploring the stunning coastline and countryside of Mid Wales.

The nearest beaches are only a few miles away, along with the beautiful coastline of Borth and Ynyslas National Nature Reserve.  Ynyslas is renowned for its dramatic sand dunes, unspoilt beaches and stunning views across the Dyfi Estuary, making it ideal for walking, birdwatching, picnics and family days by the sea.

Borth is a charming seaside village located within the Dyfi Biosphere, part of UNESCO’s only Biosphere Reserve in Wales. The area is rich in wildlife and natural beauty, with the Wales Coast Path passing through the village. The coastline is also well known for dolphin spotting and spectacular sunsets over Cardigan Bay.

Aberystwyth itself is a vibrant traditional seaside town with a lively promenade, independent restaurants and shops, high street stores, cafés, galleries and attractions to enjoy throughout the year. Home to Aberystwyth University, the town combines coastal charm with a lively cultural community. Visitors can stroll along the Victorian seafront, enjoy stunning sunsets over Cardigan Bay or take a ride on the famous Cliff Railway to Constitution Hill for panoramic views across the coast. The town is also home to the National Library of Wales, as well as the Ceredigion Museum. Nearby, visitors can experience the Vale of Rheidol Railway, a historic steam railway offering scenic journeys through the beautiful Welsh countryside to Devil’s Bridge Falls..

For outdoor enthusiasts, there are miles of forestry walks, mountain bike trails and scenic lakes nearby. Just a short drive away is the Nant yr Arian Visitor Centre, famous for the daily feeding of red kites soaring overhead. Other attractions include Devil’s Bridge Falls, golf courses, pony trekking, the Hafod Estate and sea fishing trips.

Brynmeurig Stable sleeps up to 5 adults and 1 child in 3 bedrooms: 1 king size, 1 double and 1 single plus 2’6” ‘put-up’ bed

Bedroom 1: single bed, 2’6” put up bed
Living room: two 2-seater sofas, 32” Panasonic LCD television with Freeview, DVD player, CD/radio, electric ‘wood burner’ effect fire with realistic flames and smoke effect
Kitchen: dishwasher, freezer, fridge, microwave, hand-made units with oak doors, pine dining table seating 4-6

Bedroom 1: king size bed
Bedroom 2: double bed, bedside tables
Bathroom: shower, toilet, hand basin

OUTSIDE

Enclosed patio with chairs and table, lawned area with fruit trees and bushes, garden furniture and BBQ. Tranquil, private and fenced in, with a thick hedge between Brynmeurig and a lightly used lane. Shed for keeping bikes, golf clubs etc or the kids can use it as a den. Parking for up to 3 cars.
