Pembrokeshire - 12.5 miles-Est. 6h 15m

Highlight: Carreg Sampson – a small detour from the path near Abercastle. Quite wild and remote. Lovely little beaches and really high cliffs which mean walking is quite strenuous. You can leave your car at Strumble and take the Shuttle to Trefin. Strumble is a superb spot for watching birds: spring and autumn are best for passing migrants.
