This walk consists of tidal estuary, coast path, fields and livestock, and woodland. It is moderate terrain with 1.1 minor roads. Park at Monk Haven and go west of St Ishmaels up the Gann Estuary and round. Shortcut in middle. Check tide tables for estuary walk
