Nestled in the beautiful Welsh countryside, The Stables Cottage is a single-story stone cottage that has been converted from a building which was the stable for the historic Hafod Arms. One of four Grade II listed properties, Shire Cottage, features its own private parking space and access to shared garden areas. Perfect for walkers, cyclists, and bikers, the cottage also offers secure dry storage and a large coach house with a sink, washing machine, and dryer for guests.

Devil’s Bridge is the perfect destination for those seeking relaxation or adventure. Perched among the Cambrian Mountains, this village boasts stunning views of the surrounding gorge and landscape. Top visitor attractions in Mid Wales, including the Vale of Rheidol Steam Railway, the glorious Hafod Estate, and the Bwlch Nant yr Arian visitor Centre, can all be found within a 15-minute drive of Devil’s Bridge. With its daily Red Kite feeding, scenic walks, mountain bike trails, and large children’s play area, Devil’s Bridge has something for every member of the family to enjoy. Kitchen: (separate from living area) with electric fan oven, ceramic hob with extractor over, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave

At Yr Hen Stablau (The Old Stables) you have a large shared garden above the cottages with summerhouse with furniture. There is an outside terrace and garden benches to enjoy the stunning views over the gorge and Cambrian Mountains beyond. Private off road parking in front of the property.
