Plas Bach is a charming and stylish holiday home with sea views, just one mile outside the seaside town of Aberaeron on Cardigan Bay. Located on a working family farm, Plas Bach is a beautifully converted detached stone barn providing high-quality accommodation.
The cottage is set within its own private, fenced area with a lawn and patio area overlooking meadows, with the West Wales coastline in clear view.
Aberaeron is a beautiful Georgian town designed around the harbour, with houses of striking colours which is enhanced by their unique architecture. It offers a range of boutique shops, cafes, and a wide variety of restaurants. The town also offers interesting riverside and coastal walking paths, including a cycle/walk path to Llanerchaeron, a National Trust 18th-century Welsh gentry estate, with a house and gardens designed by John Nash. Children can enjoy the parks, swimming pool, leisure centre, tennis courts and a Go-Cart centre less than a mile from the cottage.

Plas Bach sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single. All the accommodation is on the ground floor so may suit guests with restricted mobility.

OUTSIDE
Private enclosed garden and lawn area next to house with BBQ and table with seating. Ample parking for several cars and space for trailers, boats and water sports equipment. There may be sheep or cattle in the field next to the house, and farm buildings, a small plant / machinery hire and workshop, and farm machinery around the nearby barns and yard. The owners are in a nearby property if assistance is required but they do respect their guests’ privacy.
