Teifi Valley
One jewel is the extensive waterfall and rapids complex at Cenarth Falls. The river has a great reputation for fishing, with abundant stocks of salmon, trout and grayling. In the autumn, salmon can be seen leaping near the 200-year-old bridge. Before reaching Cardigan the river passes through reed-beds and water meadows where otters and badgers make their homes. Cambrian Mountains
The sparsely populated countryside is a great area for walking and fishing and supports a wonderful range of wildlife.
