    The parish is small, just 525 acres and located in a beautiful rural setting. The small village is surrounded by the beautiful Welsh countryside, providing you with incredible views of the rolling hills that extend a long way into the distance. The parish church of St James has mediaeval origins and retains its original tower; the building was restored in the 19th century and is now a Grade II listed building. 

    Near the charming village is Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo. With a wide variety of animals and mix of different fairground rides, Folly Farm is a place for all ages to have endless fun. A little further away is Oakwood Theme Park, the only theme park in Wales. Rides vary for all ages.
