Nestled in a beautiful, unspoilt, rural valley near the village of St Clears, close to Laugharne, this enchanting watermill conversion is a gem waiting to be discovered. Sitting on the banks of the river Dewi Fawr, the Watermill is surrounded by picturesque countryside and wildlife, with an enclosed garden perfect for children to roam. The perfect place to relax and unwind with friends and family as you take in the fresh air and tranquillity.

With the bedrooms split between the ground floor, first floor, and a suite on the second floor, it’s the perfect holiday home for an extended family, or different groups who wish to holiday together but also be able to retreat to enjoy their own space. The area’s former working corn mill, which has been in the family for generations, retains much of its original character and charm with a modern, contemporary feel.

The location is ideal for touring the whole area, with its host of sandy beaches, poet Dylan Thomas’ Boat House in Laugharne, the National Botanic Gardens of Wales and a family fun-filled day out at Folly Farm or Oakwood Theme Park.
