An idyllic escape, surrounded by farmland and trees, with beautiful views over open countryside with the sea in the distance. Relax in the large garden whilst listening to the sounds of the countryside.

The cottage is only 10 minutes from the beautiful coastal village of Llangrannog, with its two sandy beaches, village pubs, fish and chip shop and other great places to eat.

Ger Y Coed is close to the coast road, providing easy access to Aberaeron and Aberystwyth towns to the north and Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn to the south. The stunning beaches at Penbryn, Tresaith, Cwmtydu and New Quay are all within easy reach.

Local attractions include the 9-hole Cwmrhydneuadd Golf Course, dolphin spotting boat trips from New Quay, dry slope skiing, horse riding, cycling trails, paddle boarding and fishing.

Enjoy a walk on the magnificent Ceredigion Coast Path with its spectacular views, where you will see fascinating wildlife, hidden coves and breath-taking scenery.

Living room: 4-seater corner sofa, two armchairs, Freeview TV, coffee table and side tables
Kitchen/diner: ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, table and 6 chairs.
Bedroom 3: double bed, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe
Shower room: rain shower, hand basin, toilet, heated towel rail, mirror with light and shaver point
Utility room (accessed from outside): washing machine, iron and ironing board, secure storage for bikes

To the rear an enclosed paved courtyard. Large open front garden – please ensure children are supervised. Garden table, 6 chairs and parasol, bistro set for 2, BBQ, gravel drive with parking for 4 cars
