 Offering stunning beach and sea views alongside the convenience of a village location, all the local amenities are well within walking distance – bars, restaurants, shops, takeaways, pharmacy and of course, the beautiful sandy Dolwen and Dyffryn beaches. Dyffryn Beach is dog-friendly all year round and less than 2 minutes from the property. These are two of the best beaches on the West Coast.

100m down the road from the property is the village green, a large grass area with benches and stunning views over the bay. Running around the edge of the green is an access path to the beach for Wheelchairs and pushchairs. This is also an ideal area to exercise and play with dogs.

The Ceredigion coastal path is virtually on the doorstep, and you can take a walk whilst trying to spot the famous Bottle-nosed dolphins that reside in the sea here. It is a sight to behold. Walk the path from Aberporth to Tresaith, where you will find a great pub at the end for a well-earned rest! This central location is also perfect for exploring the rest of Cardigan Bay and Pembrokeshire.
