Pembroke Castle
Step into a world of knights, legends and heroic tales at Pembroke Castle this Half Term.
A Wee Quest
Perfect for young adventurers, this medieval quest takes families on a journey through the castle, learning the art of capturing and defending a fortress, conquering a nation, vanquishing a dragon and even achieving saintly feats along the way.
Dates: 16th, 18th & 20th February with sessions at 12pm & 2pm included with castle admission.
Tales of Kings & Princesses
Discover the fascinating stories of the kings and princesses who once lived at Pembroke Castle. This guided tour brings over 900 years of history to life through storytelling and exploration. Dates: 17th & 19th February at 12pm & 2pm

Castell Henllys
Travel back in time at this immersive Iron Age village set in beautiful woodland.
Experience the Iron Age
Meet the friendly members of the tribe, try your hand at using a slingshot (weather permitting), and enjoy demonstrations of ancient crafts and skills.

Cysur y Sêr – Stories of the Night Skies
Gather around the fire inside an Iron Age roundhouse as a local storyteller shares Pembrokeshire legends, Welsh myths and tales inspired by the night sky.
Journey of the Legends Creative Workshop
A hands-on creative workshop inspired by ancient stories and legends.

Carew Castle
Add a touch of magic and imagination to your visit to Carew Castle this Half Term.
Magical Creatures Treasure Trail
Follow the trail, uncover the hiding places of legendary creatures and collect your magical treasure at the end of the adventure.

The Storymaster’s Quests: Tower of Doooooom!
An interactive storytelling adventure where the audience helps control the fate of their hero in a world filled with dragons, traps and treasure.

What’s on in Ceredigion
Welsh Wildlife Centre, Cardigan
Hedgehog Heroes
Learn all about hedgehogs through games, crafts and fun facts. There may even be a visit from a real hedgehog from a local rescue centre (subject to availability).

Bee Wild Club- National Botanic Garden of Wales
A calming and creative session for young explorers, featuring a nature detail hunt and a mini ‘macro’ drawing activity.
