Just over 4 miles from the coast, Shepherds Pie is set within 24 acres of pasture and woodland and has delightful country views. It is a character property with a modern feel that manages to retain much of its original charm. It comfortably sleeps 6 in three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one bunk bedroom. It is well appointed and comfortably furnished.

There are two bathrooms, a family bathroom and an en-suite for the double bedroom. A light and airy lounge with an HDTV and a DVD player and a spacious kitchen/diner which contains an electric cooker, dish washer, washing machine, fridge, microwave and freezer.

The owners have created a woodland walk on the site which drops down the valley and runs next to a small river. Onsite parking is provided a few yards away from the premises.

Located near the main farmhouse, Shepherds Pie has been converted from an old stone outbuilding and still retains much of its character. Nearby is the market town of Cardigan and many of the attractions of south-west Wales are within easy reach.

Bed linen and tea towels are provided. A cot and high chair are available upon request and one well behaved pet is welcome for an extra charge of £20. Please be aware that the top bunk bed is only suitable for a child or small teenager. Bathroom towels are available at a cost of £10 per booking.
