Little Box Cottage is a cosy one-bedroomed cottage in an idyllic rural setting close to the sea. It is one of four cottages at Treforgan Farm on the edge of Llangoedmor in the Teifi valley, about one mile east of Cardigan and about three miles from the beach at Poppit Sands. The sandy beaches of Mwnt, Tresaith and Penbryn are also near. The market town of Cardigan has most of the facilities you will need including shops, restaurants, a swimming pool and an excellent cinema/theatre. A little further north on the Ceredigion Heritage Coast there are the picturesque seaside villages of Aberporth, Llangrannog and New Quay. Treforgan Farm is close to the borders of Pembrokeshire with the Preseli Hills near and St. Davids, Tenby and the south coast within an hours' scenic drive. Local attractions include fishing and canoeing on the River Teifi, Cenarth Falls, the Welsh Wildlife Centre at Cilgerran and the reconstructed Iron Age hillfort Castell Henllys.

Little Box Cottage sleeps two (plus cot) in a double bedroom leading from the main room. Sorry, no children but babies are welcome. The accommodation is all on one floor with access by steps. The cottage is part of the main house but is fully self-contained, with its own entrance and garden. The comfortable lounge / dining area has a TV with video and an open fire. The bathroom has a bath, toilet and wash basin. The modern kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge and microwave. There are also washing and drying facilities available at Treforgan. All linen and towels are provided as is all fuel except coal and logs. In addition to the open fire there are electric heaters. No smoking is permitted in the cottage. Up to two well-behaved pets are welcome by arrangement. Outside, the cottage has its own elevated sun terrace with garden furniture and views over open countryside. There is ample parking and the farm has a conservation pond and gardens for you to enjoy.
