Lilian Cottage at Goyffos Farm is a comfortable single storey cottage sleeping two to four. The cottage is recently refurbished and newly decorated and is situated approximately four miles from the pretty seaside town of New Quay, on the Ceredigion Heritage Coast. Here there is a sheltered harbour and safe sandy beaches and the famous Cardigan Bay Dolphins can be seen from the pier on most days during the summer months. New Quay also offers boat trips with wonderful opportunities to enjoy Cardigan Bay's wildlife. Other important wildlife in the area include the rare Chough, the Red Kite and the Grey seal. A short distance to the south the beautiful National Trust beaches of Cwmtudu and Penbryn can be found.

Lilian Cottage has one double bedroom and the comfortable lounge has a sofa bed which can sleep two more guests. Please note that the accommodation is not suitable for children under seven as the farm has streams, a deep pond and horses. There is an additional sofa together with a TV and video recorder in the lounge. A selection of videos is provided. The well-equipped kitchen / dining room has an electric stove and microwave together with the usual cooking and eating utensils. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin. The porch has space for boots and outside equipment.

Outside there is a patio to the front of the cottage with garden furniture and a barbeque. The farm has fifteen acres of fields and woodlands to walk in and there is a seating area by the lake. Linen is included but guests are asked to provide their own towels. There is adequate parking near the cottage. Lilian Cottage cannot accommodate pets and is strictly non-smoking. Short breaks available by arrangement.

On a quiet farm and near the coast, Lilian Cottage is an ideal venue to explore this beautiful and lesser known area of Wales.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking; the balance should be paid 4 weeks before the start of the holiday. For parties of more than 4 people in Louvain Cottage please add £50 per person per week. Please pay the deposit within 7 days. Payment methods accepted: cheque.
