Cnwc Isaf is a traditional Welsh farmhouse sleeping 6 plus cot. It is within walking distance of the beautiful beaches of Penbryn and Llangrannog. This quiet coastal area offers sandy beaches, spectacular coastlines and coves enjoyed by walkers, cyclists and beach enthusiasts alike. This part of Ceredigion is a haven for nature lovers and offers superb opportunities for spotting seals, dolphins and other rare species of sea life, birds and plants.

Cnwc Isaf has been renovated to provide a high quality holiday cottage with beamed ceilings throughout. It is fully furnished and has a wood burning stove in the living room.

On the first floor are two double bedrooms and one twin room. One bedroom has a four poster bed. A cot is available on request. All the bedrooms and bathrooms enjoy sea and country views. The bathroom comprises a bath, shower, sink and toilet. (Linen and towels are supplied.)

The ground floor comprises a luxury fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, gas hob and Rayburn (in the winter). The living room has a 3 seater sofa, 3 chairs and a TV, DVD, video and CD-radio. The dining room contains a dining table with 6 chairs. A high chair is available on request. There is also a utility room with toilet, small shower, sink and tumble dryer for rainy days only. This room has a chair and side table so is suitable for a quiet retreat or an area to change in.

Access from the hallway leads to the garden with a paved patio and a small grassed garden area, a picnic table and barbeque all of which is fenced. All bed linen and towels are included in the price. Please bring your own beach towels. The central heating is oil fired. Electricity is included and the owners provide a basket of logs. Parking for 2 cars. One small dog allowed at a cost of £15.00 per week.

Llangrannog is home to the Welsh League of Youth's (Urdd Gobaith Cymru) residential centre with its extensive sports and leisure facilities including a dry ski-slope, which are also open to the public.

If you enjoy unspoilt scenery, clean beaches, lanes full of wild flowers and the sounds of the countryside mixed with the hush of breaking waves, come and enjoy this beautiful corner of Wales.
