Ash Cottage is a spacious and luxurious modern barn conversion located on a secluded, non-working farm of approximately 14 acres, with gardens and woodland. 3 miles from the coast. Ideal restful break for single or couples.

Aberporth is just 3 miles away with local amenities and two sandy beaches. Further along the coast to the north are Tresaith, Penbryn and Llangrannog each with its own character and beach. The market towns of Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn are also within easy reach (6 miles) and have many of the smaller individual shops with local crafts and produce. There is plenty to explore from the stunning scenery of the Preseli Hills, the Wildlife Centre or coastal walks. There is an abundance of attractions within easy driving distance including Cardigan's cinema/theatre, horse riding, fishing, gardens and golf.

Ash Cottage is on one floor and sleeps two with double bed. Tiled throughout with under-floor central heating. The sitting room/dining area (32m2) has a patio door leading to enclosed garden. The bedroom (14m2) has a double bed. The bathroom has a double shower, basin and toilet. The lounge has a TV, digital freeview, DVD and portable radio/CD player. The kitchen has a cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle.

The patio doors lead into a private garden (gravel) with garden furniture. To the side is a decking area with garden furniture. There are walks around the farm itself and the wood with many public footpaths beyond. There is space for one car. Bed-linen, towels, heating and electricity and a welcome pack (water, tea, coffee sugar, milk, cakes) are included in the price. The cottage is fully prepared before your arrival with beds made.

Guests can arrive any time after 4.00 pm and are asked to leave by 10.00 am. No pets, smoking or laundry facilities.
