Bay Tree Barn is a newly converted cottage, on the edge of our farmyard, with a private courtyard garden. Set in 74 acres of unspoilt welsh meadows. Cryngae is an historic farm with one mile of fishing on the river Nant barged overlooking glorious ancient parkland.

Blaenfforest Cottage is on a smallholding set in ten acres of idyllic countryside, rich with wildlife, which you are free to roam. It is a perfect holiday location from which to explore the stunning countryside and beaches of West Wales.

Bwthyn Bach is a cosy cottage sleeping 2 in one bedroom with views across unspoilt countryside to the Preseli Mountains. Situated on the owners’ peaceful 19 acre smallholding, the cottage (which is all on one level) has underfloor heating throughout and its own fenced patio area with table and chairs.

Carew and Penally cottages are the result of a new barn conversion at Penlon Farm. We have taken much time and effort to achieve, what we feel is, superb accommodation reflected in the high quality of comfortable furnishing, appliances and overall finish.

Cowshed Cottage (sleeps 2), on Penbeili Mawr Organic Farm, Coed Y Bryn, nestles in the tranquil countryside yet is within 20 minutes of the stunning Ceredigion Heritage Coast. Cowshed Cottage is one of three cottages at Penbeili Mawr Farm - a secluded 87 acre organic farm encompassing 30 acres of broadleaf woodland which provides pleasant walks and the opportunity to sight a variety of wildlife, including the majestic Red Kite.

Fledracks is adjacent to our farmhouse Dreenhill, 120 yards off the B4327 in a lovely setting surrounded by fields providing both peace and a delightful view. It opens onto the garden and is quite private, looking out to the surrounding tranquil countryside.

Haywain Cottage is one of four cottages at Glanrhyd-y-Pysgod Farm, set in 80 acres of green meadowland on the banks of the River Teifi. Glanrhyd-y-Pysgod has its own mile long stretch of private salmon and sewin fishing incorporating eight holding pools on the River Teifi.

Llwynwermod Barn is set in its own 10 acres of the beautiful Carmarthenshire countryside, on the lower slopes of the Cambrian Mountains. It was built in the early 19th Century and has been converted to a high standard, retaining many features of the original coach house.

Pond House Holiday Cottages are situated on the working smallholding of Blaencwm, in the village of Blaenffos, near Cardigan in West Wales. The smallholding comprises four acres of pasture, woodland, orchard and a natural spring fed pond; a perfect setting for a quiet rural holiday.

The Coach House, Penrhiwgaled, is a recently renovated one bedroom cottage sited on a picturesque water buffalo farm two miles from New Quay in West Wales. The village of Cross Inn is a mile away and has a pub and three shops.

The Little Mill is an enchanting restored Victorian watermill set in a third of an acre of enclosed garden. An integral part of a 60-acre working sheep and horse farm, the detached building forms an outcrop off a ten acre wood that we maintain as a nature reserve and is home to buzzards, kites and badgers.

Ideal for the couple or person yearning for secluded, peaceful countryside The Loft is a very cosy one bedroom first floor apartment converted from old stone farm buildings. It is situated above the Gwaun Valley, the heart of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, and 5 miles from the coast and glorious beaches.

The Stables is a single story cottage sleeping two at the end of a quiet lane in the pretty village of Hermon. The cottage, which was originally one of the outbuildings of the owners’ five acre smallholding, now offers a comfortable base for exploring north Pembrokeshire and the Preseli Hills.
